Sewerage pipe in our house in Chandigarh is blocked. A sanitary worker has been called and is still at work . When he came in he asked: Can I get a glass of water? Of course you can get a glass of water. What else these hot days if not water? After a short pause he says: Just now I was in a house in the neighbourhood. I asked for water. Nobody said anything, but there was such a long unconfortable silence that I decided not to repeat the request.
